Industrial furnace components have to provide a number of decisive performance properties. In addition to being heat-resistant, they have to be able to withstand high mechanical stresses and resist wear.
Here, our castings of standard heat-resistant alloys prove highly successful.
They reliably perform their function at temperatures of up to 1,100 °C.
Waste treatment
For a manufacturer of thermal waste treatment plants, we produce grate components that we supply ready-to-install or pre-assembled. In hundreds of waste incineration plants, these components withstand temperatures of more than 700 °C. We have worked with this customer for more than half a century.
Heat treatment
Our colleagues within the Otto Junker Group also rely on our know-how. Our supplies within the group include support columns for billet pre-heating furnaces and pusher-type furnaces that heat-treat aluminum- and copper-alloy slabs weighing several tons at temperatures of up to 900 °C.
